We have openings for Dockhand, Assistant Manager, and Manager positions for the 2017 season.

 

NateCo Enterprises, Llc. owns/operates Lake Logan Marina, The Barn Club, Lake Logan Beach Concessions, as well as other venues, so while working for us you will be in many locations.

Dockhand

 

As a Dockhand/General Laborer you will be key to the successful operation of the services on Lake Logan.  These positions are part time and compensation is $8.75 per hour.

 

Duties include:

-Demonstrating and renting many different types of watercraft

-Maintenance and cleanliness of grounds

-Cleaning and maintenance of watercraft and facilities

-Retail sales

-Other duties as assigned

 

The following are required for this position:

-Must be able to work weekends and holidays

-Must be able to swim

-Must have a positive and helpful attitude

-Must have some basic computer skills

-Must have your own transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

-Must maintain a neat, clean appearance

-Must submit and pass pre-employment and random drug testing

-Must be at least 18 years old

 

The following are not required, but would be helpful:

-Experience at Marina or watercraft services

-Experience with vending machines

-Experience running cash register

-Experience in working with the public in a retail or service based environment

-Experience with watercraft

 

 

 

Assistant Manager

 

As an Assistant Manager you will be instrumental to the success of the team providing services on Lake Logan.

 

You will be working with the public, your team, as well as Management to provide an outstanding experience for our customers while learning the skills needed to move into different positions in the company.  

 

This position is part time and compensation is to be determined upon your previous experience.

 

Duties include:

-Leading and being a part of a team of workers, to motivate the staff to peak efficiency

-Providing assistance to other Assistant Managers, Managers, and Admin

-Helping each coworker and yourself become better at their job every single day

-Scheduling and coordinating worker’s schedules to provide coverage for customer demand

-Successful problem resolution for any client issues

-Other duties as assigned

 

The following are required for this position:

-Must be able to work weekends and all holidays

-Must be able to be on call at all times

-Must be able to swim

Manager

 

As Manager you will be essential to orchestrating the success of all locations that NateCo Enterprises serves.

 

You will be working with the public, staff, as well as Administration to provide an outstanding experience for our customers.

 

On a daily basis, you will be playing a key role in running an efficient, unique business on many different fronts.

Duties include:

-Leading and being a part of a team

-Coordinating with the Assistant Manager to maintain a strong leadership team

-Working closely with Administration to provide the best customer experience possible

-Creating and motivating a strong staff to peak efficiency

-Maintaining a high morale amongst staff

-Scheduling and coordinating worker’s schedules to provide coverage for customer demand

-Successful problem resolution for any client issues

-Providing daily on-going operations support

-Reporting directly to Administration on a scheduled and as needed basis

-Other duties as assigned

 

The following are required for this position:

-Strong, proven management experience

-Experience in positive issue resolution

-Experience in working with the public in a retail or service based environment

-Must be able to work weekends and all holidays

-Must be able to be on call at all times

-Must be able to swim

-Must have a positive and helpful attitude

-Must have basic computer skills

-Must have your own transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
